FROM HARDWARE FOUNDATION TO COMPLETE-VEHICLE PRODUCER

How Shornar Moto evolved since 2016 into a specialized complete-vehicle exporter for international brand owners, wholesale distributors, and commercial fleet operators.

In the international powersports market, many buyers struggle with trading intermediaries who do not control production, obscure actual build origins, and cannot guarantee batch-to-batch engineering consistency. Shornar Moto was founded in 2016 in Yongkang with a singular mission: to establish a genuine, accountable complete-vehicle manufacturing base.

Over a decade of continuous manufacturing discipline, we built out complete in-house metal fabrication, automated robotic tube welding, and final assembly lines for both ATV and Dirt Bike categories. External powertrain components are sourced from vetted Tier-1 specialists, while structural chassis fabrication, electrical matching, quality inspection, and export logistics are governed 100% in-house.
